The Staff
TMD has a Board of Directors consisting of 19 people led by Pastor Benson, the current Chairman. The board is divided into committees and sub-committees with both male and female representation. They oversee all of the community development activities. TMD as an organization also employs 35 people from within their community. Most of these positions are associated with the school, with nine being dedicated to the orphanage. The orphanage positions consist of the following:
- Orphanage Director
- Matron
- Caretakers/House Moms (2)
- Cooks (3)
- Activity Coordinator
- Financial Accountant
- Maintenance
- Night Security Guard (2)
- Social Worker
- Health Worker
- Tailor
The costs associated with all of these staff positions are paid through the monthly sponsorship donations.
